Built so you can trust it

You browse walks with no address in sight. Only when a family chooses you is the exact place shared — and reviews go both ways, so good sitters stand out.

Good questions

Before you start

Is it really free?

Yes. Dogweek takes no commission and charges nothing to be a sitter. You and the family settle payment between yourselves with Swish.

Do I need a company?

No. Dogweek is a marketplace that connects you with families nearby. You're responsible for declaring what you earn under Swedish rules.

How do I get paid?

Directly from the family with Swish, usually around the walk. No money passes through Dogweek, so there's nothing to wait for.

Which areas are covered?

The board shows walks near you by postcode, so you only see what's realistic to reach. The more neighbours who join, the more walks appear.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. Being a sitter requires you to be at least 18. Family members under one roof can of course share walks at any age — that's a different part of the app.
