Run your dog daycare
from your pocket

A live roster, group walks tracked on a map, and daily reports with photos that parents actually open. Dogweek gives your business its own app — not another spreadsheet.

The tools for the day, not the paperwork

Built around how a daycare actually runs — who's here, who's out walking, and what you tell the parents.

Live roster

Which dogs are here, who's out on a walk, who's been picked up. One glance tells you the whole day.

Group walks on a map

Take several dogs out together and track the route live. Families can follow along — see Live following.

Daily reports with photos

Mood, appetite, energy, a line of text and a few photos. Sent when you're done — the parent gets the day in their hand.

Invite your staff

Share a code and your staff are in. Owners control who can invite — roles can't be raised through a back door.

Consent-based access

Every dog is here because its family said yes. End the link and your access to that dog ends at once.

Your own space

A profile for your business with an enrolment code for the door. Families find you and request a link — you approve.

The report

The report parents actually open

Not a log for your sake — a little postcard from the day for theirs. Mood, energy and appetite at a glance, a few photos, a line from you. Sent when you press send, never before.

  • Photos stored privately, shared only with the family
  • A draft is invisible until you send it
  • Internal staff notes are never shown to the family
Group walks

Take the pack out — tracked all the way

One handler, several dogs, one walk. The route is tracked live, so you on the ground and the families at home can both follow along.

  • Several dogs in one walk
  • Route and distance in real time
  • Each family can follow their own dog

Your team, families' terms

Invite staff with a single-use code — they join as staff, never owner, unless you make them one. And every dog on the list is there because the family approved the link. If they end it, your access ends the same second.

What you see, and don't
Get started

Up and running in an afternoon

No install, no rollout. Download the app and follow three steps.

Register your daycare

Name, town and a contact detail. You become the owner at once, and the business gets its enrolment code.

Invite your staff

Share a code in the break room. They sign in on their own phone and see the same list you do.

Share your code with families

Put the enrolment code on the door or email it. Families request a link per dog, you approve, and the day can begin.

Common questions

For the owner

What does it cost?

Businesses start on a trial. Get in touch and we'll walk through the plan for your daycare — no money moves between families and the daycare through Dogweek.

How do families connect to us?

They find you with your enrolment code and request a link for each dog. You approve — and only then do you see the dog's safe profile. The family can end the link whenever they like.

What do we see about the dog?

A safe subset: name, breed, age, weight and what the family wrote about care — plus an emergency contact. Not the microchip number or insurance. That stays with the family.

Can staff invite anyone?

No. Only owners can invite, and an invite always grants the staff role. A daycare always keeps at least one owner — nobody can leave it ownerless.
